LifeStream serves more than 60 medical facilities in the San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Orange county areas.

11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

GENERAL  REQUIREMENTS FOR DONORS
  • Blood may be donated every 56 days
  • Donor to weigh at least 110 pounds
  • Be in good health, free of infections or illness on donation day
  • Have no history of Hepatitis (age 11 or older)
  • Be free of high-risk behavior/infectious disease
  • Not had a tattoo within the last year
  • Present a current photo identification
  • Be hydrated!  Donors should drink plenty of WATER 3-5 days before donating.  Decrease the intake of caffeinated and sugary beverages as they cause dehydration.
