Mental disorders are common and affect an estimated 22 percent of Americans ages 18 and over.  Roughly one in five adults suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in any given year.  Often ignored, the truth is mental illness is treatable and those who get help lead normal, healthy lives.  It's time to talk about mental health!
