Jeff Drozd, Executive Director of the Yucca Valley High School Career Pathways Foundation, honored Hi-Desert Medical Center as the "Business of the Year."  Through the Career Pathways Program, students are able to explore careers through job shadow and participate in internships.  Students who complete internships are eligible to receive scholarships.  To date, Career Pathways has awarded over $75,000 in scholarships.
