HDMC Community Leadership Academy

Hospitals are the cornerstone of every thriving community.  Have you ever wondered what goes on inside your community healthcare District?  Once a year, Hi-Desert Medical Center hosts a six-month leadership academy for community leaders.  Using a monthly lunch-and-learn format, January through June, these informative sessions are hosted by Lionel "Chad" Chadwick, CEO.  Classes include a briefing on timely and informative topics impacting today's community hospitals, and a service-line presentation and tour.

Community leaders are invited to apply to the academy by submitting a letter of interest including a brief background summary, why you are interested, and state that you understand this is a six month class that you are available to attend each session (held the third Wednesday of each month, January through June, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.).  Send the letter to the attention of Joe Ruddon, marketing department at 6601 White Feather Road, Joshua Tree, CA 92252.  Ten community leaders will be selected to participate in the academy of 2013.
