HDMC Family Health Clinics earn patients' praises
Hi-Desert Medical Center's Family Health Clinics received recognition for patient satisfaction excellence as documented by patient surveys. Clinic patients rated their overall experience as "good" or "very good."
Yucca Valley's Family Health Clinic adult services scored 89.2% in patient satisfaction, and pediatric services scored 84.1%. The Twentynine Palms Family Health Clinic achieved 96% in patient
satisfaction. Staff was recognized by Hi-Desert Medical Center
for patient satisfaction excellence.
The clinics serve Medi-Cal patients who often have difficulty getting the medical services they need close to home. Through cooperation with local physicians and other healthcare providers, Hi-Desert Medical Center provides outpatient family health clinics in Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley. Services available include: mental health; family practice; internal medicine; pediatrics; orthopedics; ophthalmology; general surgery; and chiropractics.
