Yucca Valley resident Cindy Garza won a $100 gift card in a random drawing of those who completed customer satisfaction surveys after recent visits to Hi-Desert Medical Center's outpatient services.  The surveys help staff identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate successes.  For the first quarter, 74% of participants rated their outpatient services as "very good."
