Hi-Desert Medical Center announce appointment of new director of Family Health Clinics

Hi-Desert Medical Center has appointed James Walter as its new Director of Rural Health Clinics.  He brings to his post more than 10 years of healthcare management and administrative experience.  Most recently, he was Health Administrator of Inland Behavioral and Health Services, Inc. in San Bernardino, a federally qualified health center with three sites.  His background includes management of medical practices and medical assisting instructorships. 

Walter will oversee the District's two federally-designated Rural Health Clinics known as the Yucca Valley Family Health Clinic (58375 Twentynine Palms Hwy) and Twentynine Palms Family Health Clinic (72724 Twentynine Palms Hwy).
