Hi-Desert Hospice seeking volunteers

Hi-Desert Medical Center's Hospice program has volunteer opportunities available for people who want to give practical and emotional support to hospital patients both in hime and in skilled nursing facilities.  Volunteers are important team members and receive training, guidance and appreciation.  If you have a desire to help and time to give, contact Peggy Kennedy, MSW, hospice volunteer coordinator, at 760/366-6327.  A training class begins August 13.
